It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 91pkr is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 91pkr makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access 91pkr from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 91pkr username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 91pkr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 91pkr does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without explicit written agreement from the Operator.
Deposits made via EasyPaisa and JazzCash are credited to the player's 91pkr wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in the player's account balance, subject to the processing times of the relevant bank. 91pkr does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are targets and not contractual guarantees; delays may occasionally occur due to third-party payment provider processing conditions.

91pkr employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing contradictory bets across accounts to guarantee profit from bonus funds; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal play patterns; or any strategy designed to exploit a bonus rather than to engage with the gaming product in good faith. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
91pkr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are actively participating, 91pkr will use reasonable efforts to honour commitments already accrued up to the point of withdrawal, subject to the circumstances of the withdrawal.
All games available on 91pkr use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software that is subject to independent periodic testing and certification. The return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for individual slot titles are available within the respective game information panels. Live dealer games use physical cards, real roulette wheels, and live-streamed video — the outcome of these games is not generated by software.
91pkr reserves the right to decline or reverse any bet placed on the platform where the bet was placed in error, where a system malfunction affected the displayed odds or game state, or where the bet would violate the applicable game or sports betting rules. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 91pkr will close the account permanently, forfeit all balances in accordance with applicable regulations, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

91pkr's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 91pkr account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 91pkr is governed by the 91pkr Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current published form.
91pkr processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. Your personal data is not sold to third parties.
